Organiser
This giveaway is organised by NxtGen (“Organiser”). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any product or company.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
- Employees of NxtGen and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
- The giveaway begins on 7 March 2025 and ends on 21 March 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT.
- Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps:
- Like the NxtGen Facebook page.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag friends in the comments (each tag counts as an additional entry).
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on 23 March 2025, and winners will be announced via NxtGen’s Facebook page.
- Winners must respond within 2 days of being notified, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes
- 1st Prize: An iPad worth £329 (sent directly or via an Apple voucher, as per the winner’s preference).
- 2nd Prize: A free course of the winner’s choice from the NxtGen website.
- 3rd Prize: A 50% discount voucher for any course on the NxtGen website.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
If the stated prize is unavailable, NxtGen reserves the right to offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
Disqualification
- Any participant found using multiple accounts, fake profiles, or automated methods to enter will be disqualified.
- Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the rules will be void.
Liability and Disclaimer
- NxtGen is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or failures beyond its control.
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NxtGen from any claims arising from the giveaway.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
General Conditions
- NxtGen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
