Despite progress being made, there is still much to be done to ensure that all individuals are treated with respect and have equal opportunities regardless of their background, race, identity or experience.

This online Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness course is suitable for anybody who wishes to expand their knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion. Learners will explore topics such as Human Rights, prejudice, discrimination and harassment. The course will outline the purpose of the Equality Act 2010 as well as some key protected characteristics associated with the legislation. This course will equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to assist individuals and businesses when it comes to awareness of equality.
